The Wisenet mobile app tin exist downloaded on both iOS and Android devices and you can find more than information on the application on our website.

I've tried switching from using the iPolis app to the Wisenet app considering it has additional features. Unfortunately I can't get my NVR SRN472S to connect. The app finds the NVR and it'south 4 Poe cameras, simply it will non stream them. Any suggestions or is there a technical helpline I tin call?

I have XRN-810S and XRN-410S. Is it possible to connect to this NVR with Wisenet Mobile or other app by SSL? I can only connect to 80 port without SSL but it is completely unsecure.

The Wisenet app that I apply does not have a SSL option, even though my NVR does. Additionally the app does allow other port usage, but yous mention that you lot can only utilise port lxxx.
